Trip Extension at The Westin Grand Munich
If you’d like to spend a few more days in Munich, the group rate will be offered at the The Westin Grand Munich for up to three nights before the group arrives and three nights after the group departs. Accommodations are not guaranteed and are based on availability at the time of the request.
The Enlightened Style program includes two guests per room.

MADISON TRAVEL has been selected as our incentive travel company. They have contracted special fares and guaranteed numbers of passengers with the airlines on our behalf.
If the itinerary selected is at a higher airfare, the difference in cost will be passed along to you. You can explore your options further with the air transportation manager for the program after you have qualified for the trip.
Ground Transportation
Ground transportation between Munich International Airport- Franz Josef Strauß and the hotel is included on group travel days (March 11, March 16, and March 17). If you arrive early or stay later than the group, you’re responsible for your own transportation between the hotel and the airport. A taxi between Munich International Airport- Franz Josef Strauß and the hotel is about EUR 80 – EUR 100.
