How do I register?
  • You will receive an email from CBGESmunich2024@madisonpg.com with an invitation to register for the upcoming incentive trip. Please click the link within the email to register yourself and your guest (if applicable) by the designated deadline.
I am not able to attend the trip. What should I do?

To Decline your trip:
1. Open the invitation email from CBGESmunich2024@madisonpg.com.
2. Click the “No, I Cannot Attend” Button.
3. Fill in the decline form with your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Account Number (if applicable).
4. When prompted “Do you wish to transfer your invitation?” select “No”.
5. Complete Reason for Decline box.
6. Click “Submit”.

When should I register for activities?
  • You may register for available activities during registration only. Once an activity is full or closed, you will no longer be able to choose that activity.
What is the cost to register for activities?
  • You can find the costs of each activity listed within the Activities page of this website
  • Be sure to carefully review the trip Agenda to ensure there is no conflict with your registered activity.

What if I need to cancel an activity?
  • You may cancel your registered activity by contacting CBG Travel Headquarters via email CBGESmunich2024@madisonpg.com or phone 1-888-231-9187 (ID # 6056). We are available by phone Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
  • ALL ACTIVITIES ARE 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.
What is the proper attire for the program?

In preparation for your trip to Munich, please consider the following regarding suggested attire.

The temperatures actually vary greatly in Munich in Spring with the average high in March being only 48F (and 33F at the lower end). You can also expect possible rain, so please do pack accordingly.Pack the clothing you need based on the planned events and the activities you choose.

When packing, you may want to include items from these categories:

CASUAL
For Women- pants, nice jeans, skirts, blouses, twin sweater sets, nice athletic or nice walking shoes.
For Men- slacks or khakis, nice jeans, shirts, pullover sweaters, nice athletic or walking shoes.
Not Appropriate for Men and Women- short shorts, suggestive slogans or pictures on t-shirts, revealing hemlines, necklines or ripped, tattered or wrinkled apparel.

DRESSY
For Men- dress slacks/khakis, collared shirts (jackets and tie not required).
For Women- pants, jackets/blazers, shirts, skirts, dresses.
Not Appropriate for Men and Women-shorts, jeans of any color, flip flops, bathing suits/cover ups.

I would like to bring an additional guest on the trip. How do I do that?
  • You may buy in one (1) additional guests (in addition to your one sponsored guest), for an additional cost. Please find associated buy-in costs here.
  • In order to register your additional buy-in guests within your sleeping room, please click the “Register Here” button in your invitation email. Complete your personal information, and when you reach the Guest Registration page, click the “Add a Guest ” button to fill in your guest’s info. You will need to click the “Add a Guest ” button for as many guests as you plan to register for the trip (for example if you are bringing (2) guests in addition to yourself, you will need to click the “Add a Guest” button (2) times to complete each guests’ registration info.)
  • During registration, you will also need to select the appropriate hotel room option based on the number and/or age of your additional guests.
  • Please be sure to complete the flight request information for yourself, as well as each of your guests registering for the trip. This information can be found/completed in the Air Request section of the registration form. Airfare for any buy-in additional guests is to be paid for separately at time of airline ticketing.
  • Once you have completed all required registration information, you will be prompted to provide your credit card for payment of your selected optional activities (if any) and guest buy-ins on the last page of the registration form.
Can I book my guest’s flight and/or hotel accommodation on my own?
  • Please Note: we do NOT provide “a la carte” options for buy-ins. Buy-in attendees will need to book their hotel and flights through Madison or they will need to book everything on their own. If they prefer to book on their own, they are NOT eligible to participate in any CBG sponsored functions (ie: group meals, meetings, etc) and will NOT receive a name badge
